The 2nd Stage Written Examination of NTPC Graduate Categories is planned to be held on 18th August’ 2013. Duplicate call letters

Admit Cards of Eligible Candidates For appearing in Written Examination of NTPC Graduate Categories .The Call letters being sent to the eligible candidates individually for Main Written examination (2nd Stage Written exam) to be held on 18/08/2013 (Sunday) in Morning shift from 11.00 hrs to 12.30 hrs . RRB, Ahmedabad will not be responsible for any postal delay or  In case of non receipt of call letter or any discrepancy error regarding Name, Address, Community, category ,photograph and free travel authority is are noticed in the call letters, candidates may obtain duplicate/corrected call letters from the office of Railway Recruitment Board Ahmedabad on 17.08.2013 between 11.00 hours and 17.00 hours for getting correct/duplicate call letters.

For getting correct/duplicate call letters Candidates should report personally to RRB Office at Ahmedabad for duplicate call letter with following Documents & instructions given as below -
1.Candidates will have to submit adequate proof in support of their claims name, father’s name, community, date of birth
2.(lower) portion of call letter issued for the 1st stage written examination 
3.Two clear passport size recent photographs. 
4.Admit cards will be issued at RRB Office Ahmedabad on 17/08/2013 from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm 
5.Admit cards will be issue only to whose Roll Number is included in this list Result.. 
6.No duplicate/corrected call letter will be issued on the day of written examination. 
7.RRB Ahmedabad regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates. 
8.Free 2nd class Railway Passes will not be issued to the candidates for obtaining duplicate call letters. 
9.If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill all/any of the conditions of eligibility his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO SECOND STAGE (MAIN) WRITTEN EXAMINATION

1.Only one common 2nd stage (main) written examination will be held on 18-AUG-2013 (in one shift) for all the categories notified under CEN 03/2012. 
2,No further application forms are required from candidates for the 2nd stage (main) written exam [as was previously given vide para 1.06 (C) of the CEN 03/2012]. 
3.Indication Of Preference of Posts: Candidates will have to indicate their options (in order of preference) for various posts notified under CEN 03/2012, at the time of the 2nd stage (main) written examination in the specified space provided in their call letters. This “upper portion” of the call letter shall be retained by the invigilators for records of RRB. 
4.Candidates who exercise their option/preference for the categories for Group-IV (ASM) will have to submit a medical certificate obtained from an eye specialist [as per proforma given in Annexure-06 of CEN-03/2012, at the time of Psychological (Aptitude) Test]. 
5.Candidates will be required to submit true copies of all their testimonials, documents, NOC, etc along with their originals at the time of Document Verification (DV). The onus of proving their eligibility for the post concerned and the genuineness of their other averments made in the initial application form shall rest with the candidates. Their candidature would be purely provisional and would be liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed at the stage of DV or even later.
