The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the Second Stage Common written
examination to the provisionally eligible and successful candidates of Stage I examination for all the notified
categories in CEN No.03/2012 have been sent/are being sent at the address given in the Application Form by
concerned RRBs. Railway Recruitment Boards will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.
Those provisionally eligible and successful candidates of Stage I examinations who do not get call letters or
who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, photograph and free travel authority (for
SC/ST) may contact personally the office of concerned Railway Recruitment Board to whom they have
applied, at addresses given in the Para 15 of Centralised Employment Notice No.03/2012 as per schedule
given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs for getting correct/duplicate call letters. Candidates should bring along
with them the counter foil of Call letter of Stage I examination.
List of provisionally eligible and successful candidates of Stage I examinations held on 02.12.2012 &
09.12.2012 can be seen on the website of concerned Railway Recruitment Board as given in the Column
02 of Para 15 of Centralised Employment Notice No.03/2012. It should be noted that duplicate call letters
will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in the list of successful candidates of Stage I
examination declared by the respective RRB.
