Schedule Of RRC Group - D written examination Employment Notice No.1/2012

For all Group - D Categories  (Grade Pay of Rs.1800)  i.e. Traffic porter/Gateman/ Pointsman/ Trackman/ Khalasi Helper/ Safaiwala/ DSL Khallasi/Carriage Cleaner/ Hospital Attendant (male & Female) etc. written examination shall be conducted in 2 sessions on the following dates in October, November & December, 2013: The written examinations for the recruitment of staff notified vide E.N.No/RRC/01/2012  will be held on the dates given below. The candidates shall be called as per the first alphabet of name as mentioned in the application. 

instructions: “Written examination will for 100 (one hundred) objective type questions and the time allotted shall be 90 (ninety) minutes”.

Candidates are further informed that after conclusion of the written examination they can take away their Question Booklets with them.

DUPLICATE / CORRECTED Call letters would be issued to candidates under the following circumstances:

After the initial scrutiny of applications, list of ineligible candidates & eligible candidates for written examination shall be uploaded on RRC official website through the link “Application Status” available on it. Call letters for written examination shall be sent through Post to the eligible candidates 4 weeks prior to their respective date of written examination.

In case of non-receipt of call letter, duplicate call letter can be obtained on the dates indicated below between 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from the office of Dy.CPO(Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell,  The candidate has to come in person with one recent passport size photograph with an Identity proof like Driving License, PAN Card, Voter Card, Passport and certificate in proof of date of birth.

(a) If a candidate finds his application status as eligible after checking on the website, but does not receive Call Letter by the above mentioned dates.  
                                              
(b) If a candidate notices any discrepancy in the Call Letter regarding Name, Photograph or Signature on photograph.
